After assembling my bike myself, I cannot get the bike seat into it's aperture. It won't fit. even with the tightening mechanism completely loose. Any tips for logging it in place?

After assembling my bike myself, I cannot get the bike seat into it's aperture. It won't fit. even with the tightening mechanism completely loose. Any tips for logging it in place?

It's possible they supplied the wrong diameter seat post. It should slide in snugly. Don't force it.

You could call their Consumer Service Department 1.800.872.2453 to determine the cause of the problem.
