The two middle green lights are blinking and the red water light is blinking.  Will not leave this state.  If I turn the steam knob, I hear a couple of clunking sounds and some water will come through the wand...  Then the rightmost green hot-water light under the hot-water button comes on...  and in a moment the water stops flowing.  If I turn the steam/water knob off and on, more water will flow briefly and then stop.
If I power off and on, get back to same state.  Sometimes, after a quick power-cycle, the first second or two of water from the wand will be warmish...after that the water temperature is cold...
Any ideas or suggestions?
