After digitizing a design to 4x4 PES file, I send it over to my machine via USB cable, and the design doesn't show up. The LED screen displays that there are KBs being used, but there is no image to select. My designs have less than 5 colors, and less than 4x4 and are in PES format. I'm at a loss, help please!

In your digitizing program check to make sure the the hoop size is correct and center the design in the hoop. Are you sure you can use a USB cable to connect? Try saving the design to a flash drive instead.
