After a failed sync, my leapfrog tag jr is now unresponsive other than the green power light, it no longer makes sounds upon powering up or pressing the volume, and cannot power it down without pulling the batteries. Upon trying to re-sync the computer does not recognize that the unit it connected, and keeps asking me to check that it is powered on. Help?
