Sounds like you need a bigger fuse.What happens is there is no load (air) in the tank so their is no compression and the motor isn't working as hard as when it reach's the cut off point and restarts.Now there is air in the tank which makes the motor work harder and that pulls more than 15 amps and blows the breaker.I would start with a 30 amp and go higher if need be.Thank You for choosing FixYa.com
