Someone may hav the wires or ground not tite enough. Unhook batt awhile to see if it clears or take it back. Sometimes computer dont recognise new equip n then u need it reflashd
In some other cars, the management light is disturbed whenever you disconnect the battery whereby it will need to be reset either with the computer or manually. Also, you may have loose fittings on the wire connections make sure that the fittings are tight enough.
What a pile of wasteful advises.... Just scan the code, it is stored in the memory of your vehicle. It looks like you have something not related to your clutch at all. And normally codes which may be going away by itself is spark related, which is fixed by replaycing spark plug (normally the whole set is replayed) , of ignition wires, or ignition coil. Out of my experience - this is most likely an ignition coil. I also had a vehicle (non Toyota) which had similar problem but did not store the code in the memory - problem was the coil.
I am not familiar with condor. What I know in some vehicles like Nissan there is a crankshaft sensor which is fitted on the housing of the gearbox. It breaks if it is not removed when removing the gearbox, then the engine light comes on.Please check if it has.
Check for loose wires hanging down or making contact with a clutch assembly sounds like you have a rub somewhere that was grounded out our penchant a wire to the oils sendor and their unit when the clutch is depressed this will trigger the light to come on. Also it you have a tilt steering wheel change it's setting up and down a couple of times. After you adjust the steering wheel start it each time and put in first gear, then go through the gears, do this 3 times.
Should have scanned and see what codes or info you get. I would take it back where you had installed if it was at a shop. Could be something like a connection unplugged.
Its usually happen especially when you can start the car testing if the replacement is working when you not done with everything, like some plugs is not yet plugged in,the solution if it does not go away get your car diagnosed with the best scan machine
Make sure that all electrical connections, especially the engine earth cable is secured and all connections running to the starter is well secured. Remove the positive clamp, wait a couple of seconds and refit. If this does not help, get an auto electrician to check the system with a diagnostic tool and reset all faults.
You may have a damaged O2 sensor. You will need to have the codes read for more information. The issue may not be the mechanics fault. Things break on older vehicles during disassembly. I/m guessing that your car is around a 2003. With the age, the nature of the repair and your symptoms I would start there. Please let me know if there is anything else. Good Luck.
