After I changed the blade my TB 554 edger won't start
Ran ok then I turned it on it's side and changed the blade, it started leaking gas from the bulb and what I think is overflow tubes.

You have flooded the motor..
remove the spark plug.. lay it aside.. pull the rope until you can't pull any more (you are trying to "clear/clean out" the engine) ... You may have fouled the spark plug too... take your old plug and go to Wal-mart..or the local parts store.. get a new one.. and it should run.
