After installation of the Asure Id Express software, the only user name allowed before you can change it is Admin, plus the password you created at install. Yet when I type in Admin then add my password, I get an invalid user name each time. How do i fix this, other wise I can not use the program at all

I just left the user name blank and typed in my password then it worked, the next hurdle for me was to try to register the product which to me is impossible seeing that the website no longer exists and the phone number is no longer in service...
Another follow up, called the technical support, again I can't fathom why they just didn't list this link:
