Report "After installing an American Standard Soltura faucet, I found that the hot water did not work properly. The lever turns to the hot water, but a tiny stream comes out. When I move it to the cold side, water comes out normal and cold. The water is turned on for both cold and hot, so I can't figure out why it's doing this. I tried changing the cartridge, but it continues to do the same thing - no hot water at all"
