I have a 2004 Dodge stratus Sedan SE and the previous owner sold the radio leaving me only cut wires. I pulled the negative cable off and I crimped the wires the after market radio harness that came with it. Ground was good, Put back the negative battery cable. NO POWER is coming from this. Checked the fuse, it's good... Lights and Horn was good... I don't know What else to do. I went to store to see if they could lend me a radio to see if it might just be the radio itself, it did the same thing.. No power coming off. The person was stumped too.. Stepping Aside before I go mad, and taking a sigh need help..
