After multi-cleaning using menu printer still prints line
I have completed multi-cleaning procdures from the menu guide. I am still getting a single line on copies ( only ) printed. The unit is a personnal machine llight usage, serial number AHO123897

You need to take out your inks remove your printhead and look at the bottom of the printhead they usually gunk up you need to clean this off, use a lint free cloth spray the cloth with windex and clean it gently, replace back in machine do a head clean should be ok now,
