After the oven has been on 1 hour, or so, it shuts down. Also the controls go blank. After the oven cools down, the controls return and cooking can continue

This has happened 3 or 4 time in the past 2 years.

Hi,

I think you have a cooling fan issue with your unit, if the thermostats are sensing the unit is too warm it shuts down. So if the cooling fans is not coming on is will happen also. I hope this answers you question. Good Luck
