Afternoon, I have a Fisher Pakel Pride 5.5 (MW059AU). The machine fills, washes, but when it gets to the first rinse cyle it doesnt pump out (sometimes a trickle). The motor appears to work, and the cooling fan spins. It then errors and beeps with the following lights (read from left to right): Off; Off; On: Off; Off; On; Off; On;. I believe this means a Sensor Circut Fault (as advised by the FP Customer Service Team). They have quoted an unbelievable amount of money to get a tech on site. We have recently moved (although the washer was kept upright with exception on when on the trolly - slight tilt - but has worked for 4 weeks without a problem). I have had some seriously messy loads. could it be the pump or is there something else I can look at? All assistance is greatly appreciated
It is fault code 37 which means pump blocked error and it appears when while draining the water level reading from the pressure sensor has not changed for over 3 minutes. Check out the drain hose and make sure it is not clogged nor kinked. Also check the pump for blockage including the diverter valve which may be stuck in the recirculation position, giving the module the appearance the pump is blocked and not lowering the water level.

The diverter valve is the one where the drain pump and the recirculation pump inlet hoses are attached to. Its sole purpose is to divert water to the recirculation pump during washing and to the drain pump during the spin cycle. The diverter valve is the one where the drain pump and the recirculation pump inlet hoses are attached to.
