Hello, I was looking for the same driver and came across you needing it too. This driver does work I linked to does work. I just used it on xp sp3. If by some chance you cannot get it to work, just look for 'lucent sv92p' as Lucent and Agere are the same company. http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=123626
You will either need a free membership or look at 4 or 5 pages of ads to download this driver. Sorry, but I could not find it at any other sites that did not require a membership.
