Report "AHH ive downloaded the software for my zen, but everytime i try to use the creative explorer, it reads that my device is not connected, when it actually is. ive even reinstalled the software, but i just keep getn the same result. without the explorer working i am unable to put songs on my zen. it doesnt even show up under the my computer link when my mp3 is actually connected by the usb to the cpu. it stills charges though, but i want music LOL. PLEEZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!"
