I've tried to get help high and low, and from online support, telling me to register first- but I'm registered! I have aim instant messenger but recently set up an aim. email account (NOT AOL.com but aim.com like my son has) I was signing in fine, checking mail, then the past 3 days, it's not letting me on. I've can't find help anywhere and I don't want to lose the mail that has been sent there as it's important - it's business email that can't be lost -- I won't know what I saw or didn't see if I don't get on - I have tried to login so many times and asked for my password to reset - nothing nor anyone is able to help -- I hope coming here, I'll be given he solution to get onto my EMAIL aim.com account.
