It's a very dangerous situation you're in. The main thing now is safety so I would disable the air bag 'till you get to a mechanic. Disconnect the battery overnight to discharge power to it then take (usually) 2 screws behind bag on steering wheel off and yank horn pad/air bag (usually 2 clips) and disconnect the wire(Not the horn wire).
