Air conditioner model # A6T12F2A REV. A is cooling ok for a 2 to 3 min. at a time then it kicks down and blow warmer air out almost like it is reading like the room is cool and stops cooling maybe thermostat i don't know

Leave the unit off for about an hour to let cool off its hot and kickingout on the over loads . this is probley realted to a power problem or low voltage problem in you area due to demand
