Hi make sure the indoor blower is running first of all. Check to see where the blower motor is that it is not iced up. This happens when you don't have enough return air back to the unit. I have see these coils have a solid block of ice 4" thick on them. Check this and the motor and you will find the problem. You will have to de-ice it. Check the coil to see if it is dirty also.
