air conditioner. We had a tenant in the home and upon their eviction, they stole the remote. No worries I thought, I'll order another one. I have searched the entire until and cannot find the model #. To add to the problems, we had a bad thunderstorm last night and the power went out. WHen it came back on, "E1" is onthe digital display and it will not do anything (won't turn on). I have made dozens of calls and have gotten nowhere. Fedders corporate was the worst. THe person answering the phone there was the rudest of them all. How do I get a new remote and figure out what the "E1" means if I cannot find a model number? Also the tenant complained that the up arrow didn't work sometimes, could these things be related? Please help!!!!?????
