Air tank (underneath house) does not push water out of spigot in sinke or refridgerator
There is 70 psi of air pressure in the culligan (underneath the house) air tank, but no air pressure comes out of the bottom to push the water through the spigot in the kitchen sink. What should I do if I'm positive that this has nothing to do with the under sink filters? I'm positive that the issue is with the air tank. Thanks for your help, DH

I had the same problem on two different systems. Finally a Culligan lady gave me the answer. The tank should have no more than 7-10 PSI when empty, and when the tank fills up with water, it should register no more than 35 PSI. The bladder inside the tank will expand with high PSI to fill the whole tank thus restricting water to fill the tank. Simply bleed off the air at the valve and set the pressure at 7-10 PSI and you will hear water start filling the tank and within minutes water pure water at your spigot:-)
You need to test the air pressure with the tank totally empty, remove the tube that is going into the tank and open the tank valve to release all water, if water is in tank and does not come out your bladder is finished and you will need a new tank, if you are able to get all the water out then you need to test PSI again and it needs to be between 7-10 psi, this way when the bladder fills up again with water that pressure will be the ideal 40-50 psi.
