Air vent problems
The switch to the vents to circulate the air either inside or outside is broken. When changing the switch from outside air to inside I felt some resistance at first and then it seemed to give in. Now there is no resistance what so ever. How can I go about fixing this or do I need to take it in to a machanic?

Look under the dash to the side of the heater box where the air door controls are. See if the cables are all attached. If so, remove the heater control and look at the backside of the recirc lever. The cable may be off there. If not, sometimes, the cable housing pops off of its retention clip, and just has to be reseated.
