Akai Plasma PDP4247-FA No turn on only clicks 3 times
Hello:
I could use some help on this Akai 42inch plasma. Is their any
common part that goes bad on the power supply board (APS-173)
that will cause the VS voltage not to come up? I sure because when I
disconnect the out connector I still have no VS voltage (no 83.3Volt)
