Alba 16inch tv and dvd combi has turned black and white how can i change it back to coulor
Hi my daughter is 4 years old she had the pink "16" tv and dvd combi for christmas i think she may have messed around with the remote as the tv has now gone black and white.. i have been through all the menus but say's nothing about changing it back to colour could you please help me thank you jess

Make sure the source is on TV
Press "menu"
quickly type "4725"
select "diagnostic"
choose "factory reset"
If this doesnt get colour back then its broken
