Alcatel one touch fierce 2. I've had phone 4days and can't receive txt or send them. I've factory reset and metro PCs has reset it but to change. Please help
You have wi-fi calls on... just turn it off it will work that happened to me haha.. if you need to make a call via wifi just turn it on and then you can make the call

Contact your SIM/ mobile operator,like BSNL/ Airtel etc.,They will guide you,to fix up the settings.
