Hi all. I plug in my alesis q25 keyboard into my mac and run it in garageband and logic. It all works apart from the fact I can not seem to get the octave to go up? The button on the keyboard doesn't light up. I can go down however with the octaves but can't go back up again. Is the keyboard broken or is it a setting i need to sort out? Thanks
