All circuits seem good but still won't charge battery

Have changed alternator and battery, checked and I get 12 volts, Key on, at the alt + connector, and get 5 volts, key on at the other alt connector

Sometimes new batteries are still bad, it sounds like the battery wont take a charge, go get your new battery tested and go from there.
