Check the ink levels of the cartidges, it might need replacement.
- Click Start .
- Click Printers and Faxes .
- Right-click the icon for your product, and then click Printing Preferences .
- Click the Features tab.
- Click the Printer Services button. The Toolbox window opens.
- Click the Estimated Ink Levels tab. A window opens that indicates the estimated ink level of each cartridge.
