Highlight Normal, it is not highlighted already, and press [ENTER].
Use DownArrow to move cursor to the second line.
If you want to keep all possible decimals digits highlight float and press [ENTER], then press [2nd][MODE] (QUIT) to exit configuration screen.
f you want a limited number of decimal digits (2,3, 4 or 5), highlight the corresponding number on 2nd line an press [ENTER], then [2nd][QUIT] to exit configuration screen.
Which part do you not understand? Your numbers are rounded to the nearest integers, because you are not allowing any decimal digits after the decimal mark. To allow more digits to be displayed you do as I told you: On line Float (Do one of then ONLY)
