All televisions in home lost color at same time
Color in all TV's in home became distorted at same time. Called DirecTV and they sent a tech. He changed the LNB on the dish and put weather proof couplings where needed. The tech did other types of update service to equipment. I tried adjusting color on all TV's once again. Got close to where they were...BUT wake up next day and all color calibrations failed. The tech said that he was only responsible for ensuring signal strength was at a given range. When he first tested signal it was down in the 70 percent signal range. After he did the service work it was up to 98 percent signal strength. Everything the tech did improved the color - but even he could see that nothing he was doing would sustain color adjustment. The tech finally change the main spliter located near the dish. Still no help. This morning...signal strength is still strong. But color on all TV horrible again. No matter how many times I try to calibrate color - it changes. I don't have a clue. Thanks.
