All the tools in corel painter essentials 4 are not showing up in the list of tools
Every time try to change the tool from that paint brush thing it opens and tab thing. (which it should) But when it opens, it doesnt have any of the tools listed in it... WHAT IS WRONG AND HOW DO I FIX IT?

You might be using the old version of it. You need to go their website and download the latest Painter Essentials 4 update.
