Aloha! This is usually because a strong magnet has passed in front of your screen, which can damage it. If you recently purchased it then you should take it back and trade it in. If you cannot do that, see if there is a TV repair man near where you live. You can also contact the manufacturer and explain it to them and ask what to do. Of course, lastly you may have to buy a new TV. I would recommend you trying to use a magnet again to "reset" the picture, but I don't, because I don't know if that's what caused it to begin with and I have had little success with trying it myself.
