Hello Suzanne. The problem you are going to find here is that Zebex doesn't make this model anymore and haven't for some time. If the unit has power and emits a beam, I have the Zebex generic Programming Card and Programming Guide available on my company's website. Have a look at the sections that include the "reset default" barcodes. Print out that page and try scanning them with your scanner. Resetting the scanner to it's default programming may get everything ironed out. If the scanner doesn't have power or emit a beam, then unfortunately you will be looking at getting a replacement scanner.
