Alps MD 5000
After a recent move, the first time I tried to print something, I got an error message: "Changer error". The printer powers up normally and the "Ready" green light comes on, signaling that all the electronics are fine, however, when I click on the "print" button and the printer tries changing the order of the cartridges, it doesn't complete the change, because the cartridge seems to gets stack to the printing head - at that time the error message pops up.

Did you pack the printer correctly before moving? When you got the printer, it would have had a packing piece preventing any carriage movement. If you did not put this in place before packing the printer for the move, you have most likely damaged the printer beyond repair.
