Amcor Plasma Series PLM1400 stopped draining thru exhaust hose
Unit stopped draining out the exhaust hose. Wondering if I need to twist the litle purple cap at the end of the drip hose, or take it off? It is really hard to blow thru the tube when the purple cap is on, but easy when it's off....

Take it off. This is like putting a liquid in a drinking straw then blocking one end with your finger, The liquid can't move even when held at 90 degrees (no air flow= no liquid flow)
