Amp no longer turning on
My Legacy LA1030 amp has stopped working. The power light nolonger comes on however there is a constant DC voltage on the speaker outputs even with no input signal. What do you think has blown?

Do the speakers push out or pull in when power is applied?
If not, how did you determine that is has DC on the speaker outputs?
