What do you mean the switch has been disco'd? how do you turn it on or off, then? check the contacts in the jack for the effects loops, and make sure they are clean and making appropriate contact for the tip to shunt/ground and sleeve to ground contacts. also the big resistors on the pcb should be resoldered as they may have cracked solder joints.
