My Android "ZTE Zephyr" Smart Phone from Tracfone stopped sending email probably because of some setting I changed. (I'm a new smart phone owner.) So, I did a "Factory Data Reset" and, since that time, I cannot access my Google account, my email, any apps, the Internet, or Wi-Fi. The error messages say, "Unable to connect to server" and, when I try to access Tracfone: "Host unrecognized--no such name". Still have phone and texting. Any help will be most appreciated.
