Report "An elderly Italian lady here does alterations on her Necchi sewing machine Modello 550 zig-zag, but the drive belt is completely worn and she can't find a replacement. As this is part of her survival income, and she can't afford to buy a new machine, she is desparate to find a new drive belt - thought I might try to help her but it doesn't look promising.
