I upload the drives no problem, restart my computer and plug the cam in. It detects the camera and trys to finish upload but towards the end I get "Cannot install this software. An error occurred during the installation of the device. The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device." It doesn't show the camera running. I can see it at least on my device manager but that is as far as it goes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I've tried different drivers from websites for the same camera. Nothing works. Btw I use Windows XP which it said it supported when I bought it.
