An over the stove microwave blew a fuse and I replaced the fuse and still no power. I checked the fuse now and it has power across the fuse. Where do I check next? Model # JVM1540SPF1SS ( it's a GE)

Check the thermal cutout on the magnetron tube. If the fan failed, this will open to prevent damage to the tube.
