Any suggestions about how to remove a stubborn planetary from Hobart N 50?
I have the Hobart N-50 Service manual and have removed the drip cup and driven out the taper pin. The planetary, even with moderate persuasion, will not come off. Looks like the shaft may be seized to the planetary.

Try this.
Take two flat blade screwdrivers and slip the blades between the planetary and the mixer body (on opposite sides) pry it off.
This has worked for me.
