"AOL Signing in Now" screen--never completes sign in
Hi, on daughter's LG enV, when she goes to open Mobile IM (AIM), and tries to load AOL Messaging, the screen keeps showing "Signing On to AIM."
She's taken out the battery to reboot for a couple of days, and that doesn't solve the problem.
There is no cancel bar that she can find.
Any suggestions?

If she can get to either the yahoo or MSN messaging screen then go to options and then select preferences and then go down to reset application and follow the steps it will erase her buddy list but it will restore once she signs in again.
