APC RS 1500 82v output
My APC RS 1500 BackUp outputs 82v on Battery. Batteries OK 13V each. Output MOSFETs problem?

Many UPS Systems have a squared wave when working on batteries. Cheap multimeters do not give the correct measure on squared waves. Connect a 100 watts resistive lamp to the output of the UPS, if the light is almost the same when UPS is working on batteries, everythinf is fine.
