APC SURTD3000XLI UPS error light, 2 battery lights no output
Hi, I have an APC 3KVA SURTD3000XLI UPS shows only red error (X) lignt and two of the battery lights (second and third from top) when powering up, with or without supply power. Fans are spinning, no output. I tested the batteries in another identical UPS and they are fine.

You have some defective components on the power board, you should either replace the board, or you may change the components they are located close to the big blue capacitors.
Check the fan in the back .... try to replace if damaged
power board part # 0J-0P2568 IS DAMAGED has to be replaced or repaired
