APC UPS issues
We are using 75+ APC Back-UPS ES 350 and some of them have started to report line noise and switching on and off of battery power.
How would an electrician fix a line noise problem in a large office building with cubicles on different floors having the same problem?

It is a faulty Neutral or Ground.
Most likely the Neutral will be the issue. That means the subpanel or the main panel needs to be serviced by an Electrican.
If its really a noise? neutral and ground of your utility power (building transformer) should be bonded
