Applying change to vat rate
Help. I have installed sage and need to change the vat rate. I have gone on configuration and edited amount. when I press apply a message pops up saying error SBDDesktop.exe has stopped working and will not allow change. I have tried to uninstall sage and start againbut have had no luck

I installed Sage Payment Gateway over a Magento website last year and got to come the same kind of problem for shipping in UK. I think you need to upgrade your Sage software to PRO if its free one as their free versions are not sufficient enough to get the work done.
