AR says 'insert game cart', when a game is already inserted
My action replay has all the codes I entered still in it memory. However, the dog knocked it down and now it won't work. When turned on, the AR screen comes up, but it says to 'insert game cart'. Problem is, the game is already inserted. I tried cleaning it, but that didn't work. Can anyone help? This is the lamest problem. I pay about $25 for the Action Replay, and then it stops working for the only game I wanted to cheat in. Of course, that game is Pokemon Diamond. The Nisumori solution unfortunately did not work for me.

I have this problem too and I am trying to find a better way to fix this, but here's a simple solution so far:
1. Put in your AR and go the the code menu for you game.
2. Select any codes you want to use.
3. Take out the AR and insert the game.
4. Press the START icon that should now be showing.
NOTE: If the game being played is reset or you used Soft Reset the codes turn off.
i tried this and inserted the game but when i press the start button nothing happens. help?
Try reseting your action replay, to do this go onto www.codejunkies.com/support and follow the link. If you do do this all the cheats will be wiped and you'll have to use a code manager to add the default codes back on. I hope this helps, Xamous
