Arctic cat atv problems
Have a 99 300 4x4 arctic cat. is hard to start but once you get it started runs great. will start right up when warm but just cranks and cranks when cold. put on new carb and it does the same thing. thank you for any advice

Try checking valve clearance. I had a Honda that did same thing, Set the valves and would start right up when cold.
