I received the lightly used 10 year old mower used and don't know much about it. I got the engine running after a carb soaking and rebuild. The problem is the transmission. The self propelled wheels will not roll forwards nor backwards if you push/pull, it does not mater if the mower is running or not. The drive belt looks good, the main big pully spins but when I pull the lever on the handle bar the belt and pully stops spinning. I would expect the wheels to turn but they don't. Here is where I'm stuck. I'm not good with trouble shooting transmissions like this. Please help with tips or web pages to read. Side note: with the mower not running and the wheels off the ground you can spin one wheel clock wise and the other wheel will easily spin counter clock wise. And vise versa model: 911516 s/n: 004877
